Wall panel structure classification

A house structure with a load-bearing system composed of walls and floors. The wall is not only a load-bearing member, but also a room partition. It is common and economical structural form in residential buildings. The disadvantage is that the flexibility of indoor layout is poor. In order to overcome this disadvantage, it is currently developing in the direction of large bays. The wall panel structure is mostly used in residences, apartments, and also in public buildings such as office buildings and schools. The load-bearing walls of the wall panel structure can be made of bricks, blocks, prefabricated or cast-in-place concrete. Floor slabs are prefabricated reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete hollow slabs, channel slabs, solid slabs; prefabricated and cast-in-situ composite slabs; all cast-in-place slabs.
